About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with strong experience in Pharma-based SaaS products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, analyze product gaps, and support product enhancements for our pharma solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from pharma clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate functional requirements into user stories, process flows, and product specifications.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct product demos, user training sessions, and prepare business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Perform market and competitor research within the pharma SaaS ecosystem.
- Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth product rollout and adoption for pharma customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS-based Pharma or Life Sciences solutions (must-have).
- Strong understanding of pharma domain workflows (Sales Force Automation, detailing, reporting, analytics).
- Experience in writing BRDs, FRS, user stories, workflow diagrams, and wireframes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work from our Chennai office (On-site).
Good to Have
- Knowledge of CRM platforms or pharma commercial tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
