We are a fast-growing organization specializing in Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions, including Saneforce CRM tools. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Sales & Marketing department.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation/Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads using Saneforce and other CRM tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead sourcing, market research, and initial client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted lead generation through online research, databases, and digital platforms.
- Identify potential clients and initiate communication to generate interest in our offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop qualified sales pipelines.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of lead generation activities.
- Support the marketing team with campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3months - 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales (experience with Saneforce is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good analytical & research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Good to Have
- Experience in Healthcare / Pharma domain.
- Understanding of SFA tools and marketing automation.
