Role & Responsibilities
- Understand software requirements and functional specifications
- Execute Manual Test Cases and report defects
- Assist in Automation Testing activities under guidance
- Perform regression, functional, and system testing
- Work closely with development and QA teams
- Learn testing tools, processes, and real-time project workflows
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers who have completed a Manual & Automation Testing course
- Basic understanding of:
- Software Testing fundamentals
- SDLC & STLC
- Test case writing & defect life cycle
- Any automation tool knowledge (Selenium preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
