Job Summary
SANeForce is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Software Testers (Manual & Automation) to join our QA team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have completed a Software Testing certification course and are eager to start their career in software quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manual Testing
· Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios
· Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios
· Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
· Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
· Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
· Prepare test execution and defect reports
Automation Testing (Basic Knowledge Required)
· Basic understanding of automation testing concepts
· Exposure to automation tools like Selenium (preferred)
· Assist in creating and maintaining automation scripts
· Execute automated test scripts and analyze results
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
· Completed Software Testing certification course (Manual / Automation / Both)
· Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
· Knowledge of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall basics)
· Good knowledge of Testing concepts
· Understanding of test case design techniques
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and documentation skills
Good to Have
· Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
· Knowledge of SQL basics
· Exposure to API testing / Mobile testing is a plus
Eligibility
· Freshers or candidates with 3 to 6 months of experience
· Candidates who have completed a testing certification course
· Willing to attend face-to-face interview in Chennai
· Chennai-based candidates preferred or willing to relocate
