Job Description:
SANeForce is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Software Tester Trainees who have completed training in Manual and Automation Testing. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in software testing and gain hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Execute test cases and report bugs using defect tracking tools
- Assist in automation testing using tools like Selenium (or similar)
- Work closely with developers to understand issues and verify fixes
- Participate in test planning and review meetings
- Document test results and maintain test reports
- Ensure quality standards are met before product release
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts (STLC, SDLC)
- Knowledge of Manual Testing (Test Cases, Bug Life Cycle)
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium or any tool)
- Familiarity with testing tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Basic programming knowledge (Java / Python preferred for automation)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed a course in Manual & Automation Testing
- 0–6 months of experience (Freshers can apply)
- BE / BTech / BSc / BCA / MCA or relevant qualification
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Hands-on practice in Selenium or automation frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL basics
- Exposure to API testing tools like Postman
- Understanding of Agile methodology
